Chris Aslin

Rocmor is a niche commercial property consultancy established by Chris Aslin Bsc Hons MRICS  providing  high quality advice to a wide range of clients.

Chris qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1985 and has gained experience working for developers, retailers, and in commercial property agency. Chris was a founding director of Palmer Fry and since its merger with Goadsby, worked as Director of Special Projects for the last six years.

Chris has worked throughout Southern England for the last 30 years providing a specialist and professional service. His project experience is wide and varied, advising on property acquisition, single asset maximisation, portfolio advice, large regeneration projects and both green and brownfield development sites.

Rocmor concentrates on providing a bespoke and tailored service to clients, and Chris continues to use experience gained to create long term and successful partnerships.
